The personnel were very very helpful. Its location was good, not far from the city center in a smaller side street, perfect loation as well as Friedrichsbad and the Caracalla Therme.

My room was quite spacious, equipped with a cozy sitting area, a work desk, and even a couch bed 😊 Surprisingly, there was also a handy kitchenette included. The staff here were always super helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Great location, right across from the thermal baths and within walking distance to downtown. The apartment was spacious and clean, with modern decor and good lighting.

There were some cleanliness issues, like finding someone else's razor cover and blocked drains in the shower. The room was smaller than expected and the wardrobe was falling apart.

Great location within walking distance to all the interesting places in Baden-Baden. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. We loved having a kitchenette and a separate seating area. The smart TVs made our evenings fun with karaoke sessions. Cooking in the well-functioning kitchen was a breeze. The apartment also provided a wonderful view of the city from Hohenbaden castle, which we hiked to in just over 50 minutes.

The one drawback was the noise in and around the building. The street noise and noise within the building were excessive, despite the provision of earplugs in the welcome kit.

The stay here was absolutely enjoyable, the hotel was nice, the staff was very helpful, and the location to the forest surrounding the city was amazing.

As vegetarians, we loved the fully equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to cook our own meals. The central location was perfect for exploring the Old City and finding vegetarian-friendly restaurants.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the surrounding forest, visiting Hohenbaden castle, or strolling through the charming old town. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with lovely touches on the bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The staff provides clear instructions for check-in, making it easy to access the room. it offers great value for money and is situated in the center of everything.

The parking situation can be quite challenging, but there are alternative options available nearby.
